I am a licensed real estate broker and have lived in Central Texas for over forty years. My father was a real estate broker owned his own company and so I grew up with an insider's look into the business.
I am experienced in representing sellers buyers and investors in lease properties residential new builds lots and acreage and mixed-use light commercial. My major in college was Psychology and my communication skills have easily transferred over to real estate. I listen to my clients I am an advocate for them and negotiate on their behalf. I am also both a Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. (https://www.usprobateservices.org).
I truly enjoy real estate and working with and getting to know my clients. It is more of a life's work to me than a career a lifetime of work I find to be interesting fascinating and immensely rewarding.
